For the rest of us, these are the suburbs to avoid.

  1. North Fremantle (Fremantle, Perth WA) – $750

  2. Milsons Point (North Sydney, Sydney NSW) – $740

  3. Clovelly (Randwick, Sydney NSW) – $700

  4. Burswood (Victoria Park, Perth WA) – $695

  5. Balmain (Leichardt, Sydney NSW) – $680

  6. Breakfast Point (Canada Bay, Sydney NSW) -$680

  7. Fairlight (Manly, Sydney NSW) – $675

  8. Pyrmont (Sydney NSW) – $663

  9. Double Bay (Woollahra, Sydney NSW) – $660

  10. Bondi (Waverly, Sydney NSW) – $650
